 Dated February 2009, and published by Exeter City Council, but please note it says on it not to scale and also not to be used for navigational purposes. It views better if you save a copy to your PC and then open and rotate counterclockwise. Will print either way though, and very colourfully too, (but Lat. and Long. for the buoys are probably best read on the PC).
